The Kidney Transplant Program is located on the 8th floor at 61 Queen St East, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 2T2.
Our newly renovated space, called the Transplant and Advanced Kidney Care Clinics (TAKCC), offers an open environment with lots of natural light to support greater collaboration and enhanced kidney care at St. Michael’s Hospital. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is closed weekends and holidays.
