Health Care Connect
Family doctors or a nurse practitioner are integral in your health during the transplant process and afterwards. If you need a family doctor or a nurse practitioner you can complete the process here.

Kidney Foundation of Canada
National volunteer organization committed to reducing the burden of kidney disease. Includes information about finding a kidney donor, peer support programs, mental health and nutrition support.

Transplant Ambassadors Program (TAP)
Ambassadors are either kidney donors or transplant recipients. Ambassadors volunteer for shifts in clinics to connect with patients at all stages of kidney journey prior to transplant—from early onset of kidney disease/kidney failure to dialysis

Canadian Transplant Association
A charitable organization with the aims of improving the lives of transplant patients including education and social events.

International Transplant Nurses Society
